By using Kweenkl ("the Service"), including the iOS app, API, and webhook endpoints, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Kweenkl provides push notification delivery to iPhones via webhook URLs and an MCP server interface. The Service allows users to create notification channels, send messages via HTTP requests, and receive them as push notifications.
The free plan includes:
These limits may change at any time. Exceeding these limits will result in temporary rate limiting (HTTP 429 responses).
You agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these terms, including but not limited to:
Suspended accounts will receive an HTTP 403 response with an explanation. Bans may be issued without prior warning in cases of severe abuse. If you believe your account was banned in error, contact us at [email protected].
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery, uptime, or availability. Push notification delivery depends on Apple's APNs infrastructure, which is outside our control.
Kweenkl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including missed or delayed notifications.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We store device tokens, notification content, and basic usage data required to operate the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
For questions about these Terms, contact us at [email protected].
